The average listing price of homes for sale in Verona made a nice increase last week, increasing by 2.6% from $398,976 last week to $409,543 this week. The median sales price also dropped quite a bit $259,700 last quarter to $238,500 this quarter. There are currently 334 homes for sale in Verona compared to 333 last week.
